PARKER SHORTRIDGE WILLIAMS was born in Philadelphia, September 18, 1873, son of Henry N. and Ella S. Williams, both of Philadelphia.

He has resided at Wynnewood, Lower Merion township since 1890. He was educated at William Penn Charter School, Philadelphia, and at Haverford College, graduating from the latter with degree of B. A. in 1894. He studied law in the office of the late Hon. James A. Logan, and was admitted to practice at the Philadelphia Bar in 1898. He is a member of the firm of Innes & Williams, with offices at 711 Arcade Building, Philadelphia.
