W. C. PRITCHARD, lumber and grain dealer, Section 16, P. O. Hallowell, was born in Virginia in 1849. He came to Missouri in 1855, and remained until 1867, when he came to Kansas, and located in Labette County, where he remained until 1880. He then located in Hallowell and engaged in lumber business. He owns a residence in town, and is a member of the I. O. O. F. He was married to Miss Ida M. Blanchard, of Kentucky, in 1878, and has one child— Cleo.
