McGIRR, OWEN, farmer; Sec. 34; P. O. Fowler; was born in County Tyrone, Ireland, July 26, 1841; came to this country in 1850, and settled in Pawtucket, R. I., where he remained up to 1834, when he moved to this county, and settled on the beautiful farm he now owns, containing 240 acres in a high state of cultivation, well improved, and stocked with fruit. Democrat in politics, and a member of the Roman Catholic church. He is one of the energetic citizens of the county.
