ALICE WALL, post office Elizabeth, daughter of James and Naomi (Wall) Wall, was born April 15, 1808. Her father was a native of Philadelphia, Pa., and came to Forward township with his parents when about five years old. They had a family of ten children: Steven, Walter, Gard, Franklin Wayne, James, Jessie, Catherine, Alice and Hannah, who are all deceased. Our subject was reared on the homestead, where she now resides, and was educated at the public schools of the county. She is engaged in farming, and is a member of the Baptist Church.
