FRANCOIS WARLAUMONT, Five Mile, a prominent agriculturist, was born in December, 1832, in Belgium. His parents were Nicholas J. and Mary Warlaumont, who had three children — Lewis, Joseph and Francois. When eighteen years old, with his parents he emigrated to America, and by way of New York came to Ohio and settled in Perry Township, Brown County. On December 17, 1861 he was united in marriage to Miss Martha J. Livengood, daughter of Eli and Margaret Livengood of Brown County. To them have been born six children — Mary J., Katie N., Martha A., Millie, Frank and Josephine. In political matters Mr. Warlaumont has thrown in his lot with the Democratic faction. He is the owner of 162 acres of land in a fine state of cultivation. This gentleman is of a clever social disposition, and is recognized among the leading farmers of Green Township, in the north of which township his farm is pleasantly situated.
