N. B. CHATELLE, book-keeper and paymaster of S. L. Cheney’s Crushing and Separating Works, was born in the province of Quebec in 1858. In 1868, he went to Wisconsin with his people, who settled in Janesville, where he was reared and educated. In 1879, he came here, and has been reputably connected with his present industry since. In 1881, Dec. 27, he married Miss Minnie Geade, a native of Germany. They have one daughter. Mr. Chatelle has been clerk of this city, and has been an active worker in the general development of it since coming here.
