JENKINS, G. F., M. D., physician and surgeon; office, corner of Fifth and Main streets; residence, corner of Seventh and High streets; he was born in Clark Co., Mo., in 1842; received a medical education at Leland Medical College, San Francisco, and Missouri Medical College; graduated from the latter, in the spring of 1867, since which time he has been engaged in active practice in his profession. He is a member of the National, State and Keokuk Medical Associations. In 1870, Dr. Jenkins was united in marriage to Miss Lottie Vanwagenen, a native of Fulton, N. Y.; have three children — Marcia L., Florence G. and George B.
